Atoms: Creative Pain Management

If your stuck in pain or anger or any negative state try to imagine that energy as atoms and imagine those atoms dispersing, breaking up, becoming free to turn into a better emotion. Imagine that energy is compassion for others who may be hurt. Imagine it is happiness. When you imagine pain as energy and you know some quantum physics, then you know as you focus on something you influence it. So focus on the atoms of the energy you want to heal and turn it into happiness and first and foremost, love. You will feel it.
